Please give us a call, text or email to book in your collection. A confirmation text or email will be sent with the time/day of your collection and return. If by any chance our driver is running behind schedule we will do our best to let you know and give you an update. All we ask is that if booking for a next day collection, you contact us by 4pm. This will guarantee your next day pick up and we will aim to return your ironing back within 24 - 48 hours.
Your ironing is collected and transported in a clean, plastic storage box - you can use your own or we can provide for you. We have set routes and times per day, providing weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a one off collection and delivery service. Customers are invoiced upon delivery of ironing, either by email or text. You can pay by cash or cheque (on delivery) or by online bank transfer.
We do not collect or deliver after 12noon on Fridays or at the weekend. Our only evening delivery is a Monday covering Kingswells/Westhill between 5.00-6.00pm. There may be an additional £5 extra charge for a 2nd delivery attempt.
We only cover some of Aberdeen at the moment but we aim to extend our routes later this year
